CANCELLED: Fall Festival!

Saturday, October 5th, anytime from 2-4PM At the Kinnickinnic State Park St. Croix Lot.

Dear Friends,
Due to the relentless rain we have no choice but to cancel Fall Festival at Kinnickinnic State Park today. Unfortunately, there are no shelters at Kinni to hide away from the wind and rain in. We are sad to have to cancel but hope to see you at one of our fun and festive upcoming events this month, such as the Halloween Bash at Willow River State Park on Saturday, October 26th. We will celebrate Halloween rain or shine on this day! Have a great weekend and stay dry!

Fall Colors Hike on The South Trail!

Saturday October, 19th hike leaves at 1pm Sharp. Meet at Kinnickinnic State Parks’ gravel lot on 770th avenue off of county road F.

Fall is upon us, get outdoors and enjoy it! Join the Park Naturalist on a hike of the Red South trail, while observing the beautiful fall colors of several deciduous trees along the way. Learn why leaves change colors in the fall and identify different types of trees by their leaves along the way. This will be a 3 mile hike in total so bring good walking shoes and dress in layers for the ever-changing fall weather!
