Go Snowshoeing!

Don't let winter slow you down, rent snowshoes here and trek on! 

Snowshoes are now available for rental at the Willow River and Kinnickinnic State Parks courtesy of the Friends of Willow River and Kinnickinnic State Parks.

Adult and children’s snowshoes are available for one-day rental.
Cost: $7.00 per pair. Please reserve snowshoes at least 2 days in
advance. Same day or less than 2 days? Call 715-869-3695. We may be able to accomodate you.

Step 1
Go to the secure web site, friendswrk.square.site, to prepay the snowshoe rental by credit card.

Be sure to tell us the DAY and Date you wish to use snowshoes in the checkout page.

You will receive an automatic email response telling you that your order was received.

Step 2

You will receive a response with instructions and the combination for the lock on the snowshoe trunk. The combination will be valid for the day of your rental. At Willow, the trunk is located near the Nature Center door. Kinni’s trunk is located at the park office. If snowshoes are not available you will be notified of that and your credit card will not be charged.
